I have received a different product

As these products are handcrafted by local merchants at different locations, sometimes the products are a bit different in appearance. Also due to unavailability of a certain product at the location, we have to deliver a different product and in these cases we inform about the changes through an email before the delivery. If you were not informed about it, then please raise a ticket or you can contact us through chat between 9 am-9 pm.
