Why am I being informed at the end of the day that delivery is not possible for my order? Now I can not even make any alternate arrangements

Once your order is received to us, we try to contact with our active merchants and try to deliver you order but if the active merchant denied to deliver then we try to find more merchants available on those places. If we still didn't get any of the merchant then we have to cancel your order at the end of the slot timing.
